Well one reason this could happen is because of to many mods/ skins in your main folder. It some times could be to many maps(hundreds) but it is more likely for skins and mods

Or it good be your PC i have had that happen to me and it was due to a bad Power supply. Also it could be your RAM as well need to check these things out first i dont beleave that it is you have to many MODS or maps.
This is is a Hardawre issue.

One big problem I had for a looong time with my pc crashing during games wa not my power suplly (even though i had the same symptoms) but actually heat issues. If your processor gets to hot, you motherboard shuts it down in order to save the processor.

Ambient temperature (the temp of the room) has the biggest effect on the comps temp, but you may want to look into getting a better heatsing (with copper base) for your cpu, some case/exaust fans, and some Arctic Silver thermal grease to go along with your cpu fan and heatsink

Sorry but board rules state no links to no-cd cracks.

I dought it is the non cd crack. If it was, it would happen both MP and SP.

Sounds more likey a bad PK3 file.
