My 20" Viewsonic fucked me over a few weeks, the screen turned green and it smelled like Michael Jackson's face was on fire.

No, just a fault Viewsonic. And my Warranty CD was too old, so now I have to buy a new one.

Try looking up the Philips Brilliance line, I think the 21 inch is the Brilliance 201P. It might be a bit higher in the pricerange, but the quality is excellent. I have the 23 inch version.

I recommend viewsonic as well, but dont buy the "E" model. Get on with a better refresh rate.
