Default Need help with 3D Studio MAX 4! - 05-16-2003, 02:53 AM

Hi, i recently purchased this program and have authorised it but when i run it i get the following to errors:

interactive 3D Renderer initialization failed. Please check your device settings by using the -H command line option

THEN i get

The instruction at "0x011f019d" referenced memomy at "0x00000001". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
