For some reason my ingame text for spearhead is all fucked up...can anyone help me out

Try a reinstall, you might've switched the language to Russian and it might not recognize the cryllic characters.

Did you try to reinstall? Uninstall>Install>Install patches consecutively>report back with a verdict.
While installing a patch you might've selected a conflicting language with prior patches and it doesn't know wtf your smoking.

Its from a mod. I forget which one. Try removing anything new you have added.

I tried reinstalling the game and reinstalling the patches making sure i picked english each time and its still fucked up...

U probably installed the game with a diffrent language or used a diffrent langage patch for ur english moh! got to control panel and remove the patch!

The problem was a mod I had installed that put a deployable bipod on the bar, to bad it was an awesome mod that made the bar look really cool, but unfortunatly it had to go since it fucked up my entire ingame text, thanks for the replies though!

Open it up with PakScape or winRAR and take out the localization.txt and that will fix it. PakScape can be found in downloads.
