Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000 is out.

Like the other service packs, it's just a collection of the various hotfixes for the last year that were released all in one big file. Download it by clicking on the Windows Update shortcut or by clicking [url=http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/:27b60]HERE[/url:27b60]

Do you need to have all the previous SP first or does the latest replace all the previous?

Nope. It has SP1, 2, 3 included. It's just a collection of .SYS & .DLL files.
