FPS

I usually get around 40-50 fps in all maps. Today when i joined a server my fps was around 5. i could barely move. Can some1 help me with my problem.

ok has your computer been going slow for the past while? and what was your ping how many players was there on? what map sorry about all the qustions

next question would be ..what was the default fps on the server ..or did the server force anti-aimbot skins on you (thay slow you doin to 2-5 fps)
