OpenGL system error problem

My Medal of honaor game crashes every time it loads a mission or level and
asks me if i want to send a error . Its says GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem in the Mohaa consle. what do i do

Hey that problem has came up for me to its sucks and took me awile to fix but i got it going heres how you do you gotta go to your video card companys website and when you do that download the latest driver for your type and brand. If you dont know what card you have this is how you can find out open run and type dxdiag then press ok then a DIrectX Diagnostic tool well open press Display and all the info should be in there.

i have the latest driver for my radeon video card

1. Was it working before ?
2. What did you install just before the problem started ?
3. Some graphics programs/utilities will screw with your OpenGL routines.
