I read in PC Gamer that MOH has support for force feedback (tactile) mice. I just so happen to own an iFeel mouse, but I'm not getting any force feedback effects. I'm guessing it's either not in the demo or it's in the ffx86.dll file that I had to delete to get past the grey screen bug. It's unfortunate if that file is indeed the force feedback file, since there are so few games that actaully use this mouse and I really like it. I guess given the choice of running the game or having force feedback I'll stick with running the game.
For those who wonder what the heck I'm talking about. An iFeel mouse is a mouse made by Logitech which has a little vibration motor in it so it can produce different effects. Basically, it's a mouse that acts like all the new console gamepads that vibrate. It sounds stupid, but it's actually pretty cool. There's only ever been one game that has built in support: Black & White. However, there's a bunch of patches for other games like Half-Life and UT. Surprisingly it realy adds to the experience. It's cool to fire off a weapon and actaully get some vibration in your hand.
Anyway, I'm hoping it's not in that ffx86.dll file since that seems to be the source of the grey screen bug. If that's not the force feedback file then what the heck is it for?
