Hi

when firing the colt, the bar, or the stg, there is no sound. I can open up the console, and there are errors, 1 for each time i fire, that say
"unable to find alias for bar_scr in .scr. Please Fix". There are sometimes some variations, but everytime i fire these wepoans i get no sound and the console alwys shows the error

i have tried downloading some sound mods from here, they didnt help.

sblive value, drivers about 3 months old, no sound problems in any other game (including ut2, counterstrike, q3, etc)

First off remove any and all custom pk3 files from your main and mainta folders and see if your sounds work.

Found out when I put in the City Nights Final program ( executable ) that my MOHAA sounds changed, screens changed, City Nights advertised itself on every map loading screen and weapons and sounds changed in all maps.

Breakthrough would not even run, not just from City Nights but from other mods like user-useableflak88.pk3 zzz-ubersound.pk3 and a couple more.

Most maps seem fine but I've taken out all mods and they co-exist fine.

City Nights Final is fantastic but I would rather have the map mod without the programmer changing my basic MOHAA in any way. Let the mod load the sounds for itself, NOT the rest of my game maps and leave my MOHAA basic screens alone.
