Can't put MOTD and URL in .cfg server file. HELP

I would like to put message of the day and URL in my .cfg file for my server.
I have tried to do it as discribed but it doesn't work. Can anyone help.

to put URL you need to use "SETA Command"

at the start of your .cfg file

for example

seta "UR"
seta "admin"
seta "connection"

set sv_hostname "lala"

got it
