Flickering textures

whenever i play on the multiplayer maps on medal of honor, the screen flickers, onlly in some parts of the maps though. its quite annoying

My specs are:
win XP
256 ram
2.5 ghz
geforce fx 5200 128 meg

is your vid card getting too warm? That happened to me during the summer till i moved my box.

hmm u could also get the latest driversfor your card (if you havent already http://www.nvidia.com/page/home also do you have the latest directx ? It also seems like you dont have a lot of RAM, you might consider getting more.

i have latest forceware drivers, and direct x 9, and im opening my case tonite and cleaning out the fans.

alright, ive made a discovery. i think my weapon textures are corrupted, because, when i change my weapons, the flcikering differs, with the thompson, it is unbearable, with the colt 45 there is none, with the bar, it is grey, and so on. annoy:

done it already. though that would fix it, but then i ran into some trouble reinstalling it, which was a fiasco to say the least, and now, i cant even play the friggin game. cry:
