On the main screen place your cursor in between the lamps on the table with the phones. See the load game now.

I think you need to tell us about your computer, CPU, harddrive, RAM, video card.
After you installed the game was there a Medal of Honor Allied Assault icon on your deaktop?
Can you find C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA on your computer?

OK so you did the install with both CDs. The MOHAA icon is on the desktop. With the first CD in your CDRom player double click on the MOHAA icon. What happens?

OK you double clicked on the MOHAA icon
Does an hourglass appear next to your curser?
Does the activity led on your CDRom light up?
Does your CDRom start spinning up to speed?
Does a Medal of Honor banner show up in the middle of your screen?
Do you get some kind of error popup?

OK there is some problem with your CDRom player. As long as there is a CD in the player it would start spinning at that point.
1 Remove all CDs and reboot your computer.
2 Put the MOHAA Disk One in your player.
3 The CDs light should come on and the disk will start spinning up to speed.
4The Install Menu appears on your monitor.
5 Click on EXIT.
6 Double click on the MOHAA icon (same as before)
Did your game start?
