how to search on this forum AND how to get rid consoletext

2 questions:
1.What to do when you want to do a search on two or more words/part of a sentence?
For example, if you want to search for "no messages", how can you find posts with this in it?

2.I 'm searching for a way to get rid of the console text that diffuses my view of the game while playing.
Who's getting on and of the game does not interest me so much. What are the possiblities in this and how can you do it? By console command?

Can't help you on the first one, but the second one,

There is no way (at least that I have found yet) to disable the console text
outside of a pk3 mod that 'shrinks' the text size.
I have searched for a long time on this (and still searching) so, if you find the answer, I know a LOT of people will be happy

Ask Rhino, over at http://www.thelostbattalion.net what he has done serverside to delete text. he has done so for a movie shoot, so it can be done

you guys are talking about the yello text that apeares while playing Single player like "There are stil 2 barn guys out side" like that. because that stuff it realy anoying.

im looking for a cure im searching the pk3s for stuff that might lead to it. my friend has a brand new PC and the text doesnt appere. i think it might have to do whith the thing so you can cheat. the thing you put in the short cut. cuse my brother plays it some time and he needed cheats so i made it so he can use them by puting the thing in the short cut and it started doing it. and my friend never put the cheat thing in the short cut and it doesnt do it.

so anyway a think when you activate the cheats itsets some thing off that will make it come up. its just a thought i hope it might help in some way.
