How do you guys make some of the backrounds you guys make... Like me i steal material from other sigs and combine them.... But how do you make them.

Ummmmmmmmmmmm i wont steal the whole backround.... I will just take bits and pieces of it and combine into what i like. I dont steal the whole thing. And Thats why i asked
