I run a dedicated server as well. It appears that you need to have the CD in your drive in order for the game to run, be it a server or not. I have not heard from EA or 2015 on the matter though. I guess I'm a sucker, but I have two copies.

You CAN use your game ya bought to install on your server machine and install the NoCDCrack from www.gamecopyworld.com so it doesnt need the cd. Then install the NoCDCrack on your home machime so ya dont have to use it there either.

I am doing it this way and its fine, you can start your dedicated server from a command line also. Same as the demo. Not sure on the rcon issue though

WTF, I run dedicated servers for Tribe2, Ghost Recon, and wanted to run a server for MOH. I like most admins have my servers at ISP's, so I remote admin my severs. How in the hell am I suppose to support this game if I got to have a CD in the server. Theres no way I can change CD on the server, should I want to switch the server to another game that requires a CD.

I really doubt I'll get a response from EA on this, but without us admins furnishing servers for these games, multi-player is gonna go down hill, already saw that happen with GR.....

I just realized that the game comes with 2 CDs, and either one works for startup.
