How much hours of sleep do you get everyday? -

What time do you goto bed and what time do you get up as well?
I usally sleep at 11 and wake up at 7 and I still feel awfully tired in the morning and sometimes through the whole day. annoy:

I usually go to bed around 9 on the week day and get up around 5:30. I think with being tired all the time has to do with what you eat and if you get excercise. I find if I eat crap the night before, I feel tired too.

Depends... on the days i work i ussually only get a few.
Going to bed at like 5 - 6 pm, and getting up at 9 pm. I work nights.
On my days off i tend to get some more, but it really depends on what im doing on my days off. I've found that anything over 6 gives me some really bad back pain so i try to cut it off there, but somethimes im just fucking spent.

usually got to bed between 11 and 12 and get up @ 7-> 7:30 and @ weekends got get up @ about 10 ish!

I think I have insomnia so I usually get at least 4-6 hours of sleep (if im lucky) for school so I can actually function and think there.

when I went to school I got up at like 7:30 but went to bed at like 2:30. I mainly just slept through school or slept at lunch.

HAHAHA!!!! Lazy bastard though I ahve the feeling I'm gonna do the same today. I got this essay to do and I beleive I wont be finished until 6 am so yeah If I'm lucky I 'll get like 30 minutes of sleep and I'm off to school.

I don't have an average....My sleeping times are so varied I wouldn't be able to tell you.
Some nights I'm tired as shit and go to bed early, other times I have insomnia, and can't sleep for the life of me.
