Default CD RIPPERZZZZZSEAAAAAHGRIYBUN# #893u09u4jrimnf - 07-14-2004, 06:09 PM

I use dMC Audio Input CD to rip CDs.....but after pretty much every CD that I rip now, the Mp3s come out with skips and flicks in them.

I've checked the CDs, and they look fine. There shouldn't be any skipping at all, because there are little or no scratches on these CDs, and the scratches that are there aren't big enough or long enough to cause skips in the average CD player.....

I know the ripper is a common one, and I just wanted to find out if anyone knows whats going on/has had this problem before/knows what the optimum settings for this software are....

Thanks in advance.

Program works fine for me.

just try winamp pro (with keygen)

audiograbber

CDEX

or many of the other programs.. personally winamp is the best for ripping, but dMC is good for converting.

rip into WMA on WMP, then use cool edit pro or adobe audition or even acid and transfer it to mp3 the only way for a quality rip.

What bitrate are you talking about when you refer to WMA>mp3? If you reply with anything other than "WMA Lossless" I'll rip yer arse off! eek:

CDEX and rip to a high bitrate of at least 192kbs

Tripper, you should also 'acquire' Automato's album, you will love it.

Now playing: "Souls of mischief - 93 til infinity" cool:

192 for lyfe.

on itunes you can custom rip to mp3 to 320kps, but really anything over 128 sounds all the same to me.
