do you need the cd in it to play or can you play without the cd

could it be installed on two computers and be able to play at the same time is my question?

yes two computers, need disk to play, to play 2 at the same time, take disc during play put in other...

so you need the disc to start...then you can take it out and put it in the other computer?

Yes.

And if you use a no-cd, the build mode won't work.

So I mounted the CD image on my HDD and it works just as well.
