Default Help a newby - 12-12-2004, 12:20 PM

Several friends and I have purchased COD GOY. We installed the 1.4 patch and we have a problem. Some of us cannot see the rooms we are hosting. I even hosted a game and I can't see my own game to join it. We tried everything. What could this be?

Now we all unistalled the patch, but I am having difficulties with the MP game crashing on me if anything happens (like a popup or something) and the only way to fix it is to do a complete uninstall (save files also) and reinstall the game.

Can anyone help us out here?
Thanks in advance

Check your CoD config, there is a command in there that goes something like

"cl_maxping #"

But I am not sure, it has to do with your in game browser settings, pm me on here with your aim settings and I will send you my config, that should clear it up.
