CoD United Offensive single player demo is downloadable.
More interested in MP demo.

Most likely not, atleast not sometime soon. Why dont you just buy the game instead?

Yes most likely it won't, since UO has been out for quite a while now ... I don't think the developers are interested in doing a demo after so long.
