I had my fix last weekend. I went to see University of Michigan verse Michigan State @ Joe Louis. It was a 1-1 tie, but my seats made up for it.

I sat directly behind the behind the penalty box with my face 2 feet away from the glass. I could see myself on the Fox Sports tv monitor when they showed the players in the box.

I kept my pre Red Wings game tradition alive by having a shot of Jag and a beer at Cobo Joe's before the game.

R.I.P 04-05 NHL Season

Yeah the great thing about that bar is when the Wings and leafs go at it they tape a maple leafs jersey to floor of the entrance and you wipe your feet on it as you walk in.

And, when they play the Bruise Brothers videos with Probie and Kocur going at it on evey tv screen in the place.

*waits for pyro to be a whiney little bitch and spout off about the Wings payroll and what a terrible city Detroit is
