Default Post your firefox extensions - 02-18-2005, 04:04 AM

I currently use Foxy tunes which is pretty good... allows me to control any of my media players (winamp, wmp, fubar2000 etc) from my firefox browser! All controls show on bottom of page (on toolbar)

I also have Fireftp which is a small ftp client - great for me uploading small files (without having to go into my ftp applications, makes like alot quicker

I also use Download manager tweak - gives some advanced features - pretty handy

mother fucker. I downloaded an extension from the main site and now my firefox won't open. I googled my problem, "XBL missing" and i went through the steps to fix it. The last step said, "If the above steps fail, reinstall firefox."

How do I get to the file that contains all of my favorites and lists of extensions. I know the faulty one so I won't bring that in again. ANyone know the file names for the favorites and extension lists?

so should I uninstall firefox completely and then try to run in the install exe? Or should I just runt he exe without uninstalling?

EDIT; I got it installed again with all of my stuff listed (extensions, themes, etc.). But when I go to change my theme or try to use one of the extensions it acts as if it the files weren't there and does nothing. stupid: cry:

if you run the exe without installing you may come across a 'repair' option try this - it might fix your problem

a few that i found from here: http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/

internet explorer opener (opens the page in internet explorer. For those times when it won't load in firefox)

ImageZoom which allows you to zoom in/out of an image up to 400% on a webpage. Comes in handy.
