Does everyone have the "kick vote" mod? Not alot of people are familar with how it works, even if they do have it. Dload this mod, and if someone is getting disruptive/lags out/lags lik crap, you can vote to kick em.
To do so, open the console, and type: callvote kick "Player's Name". Theyre name has to be in quotes. Once thats typed, you can vote F1 for yes, or F2 for no. enough votes will kick the player.
You can also vote to change map, I believe it's callvote map "Name of map". Def. a mod worth having when no host is present!
