[quote:45233]Protect our troops - from the womb to the war. What if the fetus you were going to abort would grow up to be a soldier bringing democracy to a godless dictatorship?

Plastic replica of an 11-12 week old fetus, 3" long, holding a firearm in its precious little hand, with an assortment of other military paraphernalia, encased in a translucent plastic ornament, with a patriotic yellow ribbon on top. Includes a metal ornament hanger. If only a womb were this safe, attractive and reasonably priced!

Show that you support the "culture of life" by buying and proudly displaying one of these patriotic unborn Americans.

Also available in a "Brown" model

Support our Troops - $1.00 from every sale will be donated to Homes for our Troops, which builds "specially adapted homes for our severely disabled soldiers and their families." Think outside the womb and help a post-born person![/quote:45233]

So 1$ from the 15 the thing cost helps someone. Wow, what a great deal. Also, WTF is wrong with people. This is taking abortion propaganda to a new level. A disturbing level.

That's radical right wing blind patriotism for ya. Connecting abortion to "a soldier bringing democracy to a godless dictatorship".

Also their slogan is "What a trend we have in Jesus!"

and

"Spend you TRUE Christian Dollars at Miss Poppy.com"

so yeah...

LOL - I didn't say it wasn't a real store, I just don't think it was done by a "radical right wing" blind patriot. biggrin: nor any kind of right-winger for that matter.

It just smacks of someone doing something stupid in the extreme to draw attention to what they feel is a stupid political point of view. It also seems to me that its intention is to point out that to be pro-life and at the same time "pro-war" is a contradiction (at least it is in the mind of the person who made this website) It just doesn't seem to me to be something that a conservative, pro-life person would do. They don't want fetuses to grow up to be soldiers - they just want fetuses to have the chance to grow up.
