Muscle twitches -- i.e., tiny, repetitive, non-painful movements of a muscle (as in eyelids, arms, and legs) that are often benign and not associated with any disease.

If it doesn't hurt you should be fine.

I got one after running once, and I just ran around a little more, streched, and rubbed it and it went away.

Haha, finally, someone else who has them too. Not like its a rare disease or anything...

...I've had them since I was born. They always seem to vary in locations month to month, and year to year. When I was in elementary, they always occured in my lip (Which made it so that I can bend a certain spot of my lip...not curl, actually bend, as if it were my toungle). They stopped for a while, until middle school, when they started kicking up again (and still are).
6th grade..they were always in my foot or leg. Really had no idea what they were, I freaked out for a while but then just got used to them.
7th grade they were always in my arm, almost the exact same place every time
8th grade (now) theyre always jumping around in my shoulders and always near the blade. I dont have them daily, but real often, atleast once a week, in just random places, usually when Im sitting down..

...I think it has to do with not getting enough potassium.
