Default P.A. Installation - 06-09-2005, 06:14 PM

Eveytime I try to play pAssault this message comes up: Medal of Honor Pacific Assault requires a video card that fully supports Directx8.1
The video card in this system does not fully support Directx8.1

The following video cards have been tested under Windows 2000 and Windows xp:

ATI yada yada yada...

Nvidia Geforce 3, 3ti, 4. 4tin Nvidia GeForcefx 5200, 5300, etc...

I have a nvidia geforce4 mx 64 memory.

Why doesnt it work?

It's installed but it wont run

Because your card doesn't support DX8.1. You may wanna at least update to the current version of Direct X if you haven't already but from what I remember a lot of people have/had the same card as you and weren't able to run the game.

same card i got. It won't run at all, and theres no way around it. Just try to return the game or sell it off to a buddy, or on ebay. Then invest in a new card.

the gforce4 mx does support Directx 8.1 and higher, i know i have one and i got Directx 9.0c
However, if you read the system requirements it specifically states that it does NOT support the gforce4 mx chipset. so get another card
