I spent some time in southeast asia in the early to mid 70s. Not in Vietman though.

Visited a few cities on the west coast of the U.S, aside from that I haven't been anywhere else "overseas," but I'm proud to say I know my own country like the back of my hand.

A view of Vancouver. I think these are all apartments just outside Stanley Park. Vancouver looks like a very nice place to live.

I have over 200 pics of my vacation, but they are all over 1MB in size and so I would have to resize them all if i were to list them on image shack. Thats gonna take way too much time, so I will post a little more some other time. The thread i started about my trip never got finished because of the drama that overshadowed my trip. I guess i can make another one later on. Also my 'friend' was supposed to share her 300+ pics but i dont think thats gonna happen now. This was the best trip i have ever had the pleasure of taken and Vancouver turned out to be much better than I had anticipated. It was more appealing in many ways than here in Orange County, CA.

Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Manitoba, I have spent time in all of these places. Who needs Aruba, I would rather spend 2 weeks on the east coast.

I guess Toronto and Niagara Falls are the 2 places i've been that were cool. The beach isn't anything special to me.
The 3 places i would love to go are Germany, Russia, and Australia/NZ

I've been to Vegas with my family about 7 years ago. With my marching band, we went to the Orange Bowl in Miami 3 years ago. That was a great time. The jazz ensemble went to Denmark this past year which was another great time.

I'm hopefully going to be heading to the South of France & the Val Disere in November for some crazy skiing/partying. But at the moment I'm seriously considering signing up for the cruise liners. I've never been on a cruise before so I've no idea what to expect. I just want to gtfo of this area for a bit & see the world & party, I'd love to go to the Caribbean!
I do have some doubts though as I've heard the liners are full of families or old people on holiday/vacation & there's absolutely no young & people to party with. I'd hate to be stuck on a ship with no-one to socialise with other than the over 30's & families. There's also the nightmare of being stuck on a cruise liner with no young girlies to chat to ed: If anyone's ever been on a cruise I'd be most obliged for any advice etc.
Oh BTW, I've been to Amsterdam/France/New York/Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Scotland/Wales/Spain & the Canary Islands. One of these days I'll go to Ibiza rock:
