How do I install the blood mod?

I completely forgot how to do this. I cant seem to find instructions anywhere either. Can somebody help me?

Just put it in the MAIN folder.

Take the .pk3 file, and unzip it or place it in the main directory. Not the MAIN main directory, but this one. X:Allied Assaultmain <---That 1.
