I downloaded chatzilla ...

Is there a way to connect it to the gf1 IRC, if so what should I do?

also, w/ mozilla in one of my PCs I lost all my bookmarks and downloads, how could that happen?

I lost all that stuff on the older Mozzila, dowmload the newer version.
