There's only one secret level that we know of. open up the console and type

maplist

Then, click on m4l0.bsp


couple tips:

Don't go in the water, because you'll get stuck and.......oh yeah.....bring some doggy biscuits too!

I just started playing it. You weren't kidding about the dogs. Christ they do more damage than taking a Stg44 round in the ear. I'm about half way through it and had to quit out of shear frustration. My dog is wondering why I'm beating the hell out of him because he doesn't understand payback.
