At least a year ago someone here posted a way to edit some script file in firefox by typing in something in the address bar and then you change certain values of a few things to speed up firefox. Does anyone know how to do it still?

no its just as good as fasterfox, if not better

doing a side by side comparision, firefox loads about 2x + faster with these hacks over IE beside it, awesome stuff.
