Default "Beer .. it's what's for supper" - t-shirt that I - 05-21-2006, 08:14 PM

This might belong in the art section.

Bored again this afternoon. My daughter was hoggin' the PC. I drew this guy's face from an ad in a comic book. Then I added the ball cap, body and beer. Then I decided that it might look pretty good on a tshirt if I colored it. So here 'tis ....

I'm not sure what the rule is about links to retail sites. Zoner can erase this if it is a problem. My t-shirts are on CafePress. The address is http://www.cafepress.com/colonelbrands.

The shirts above are in the folder that says Cranky Face Apparel Company.

Black shirts in Cafepress are still cansidered "Beta". They are trying to figure out what colors work and what colors don't on the black background. I'm not sure how this will turn out. However, there is a 30 day satisfaction guarantee so if is doesn't print right and you don't like it, send it back.

Just out of curiousity, how are you making out with that website? Are you gaining just enough to pull even and have fun? Or are you making a nice side order of $$$?

It's a break even thing with me. I only sell a couple of shirts a month ... or less. But that pays for having a "Premium" shop, which means I get to have as many designs as I want.

I could probably sell more if I put some effort into it. I just do it for fun and to have some shirts that clan members can buy if they want them.

The Team Phoenix shirt and these two are the first ones I've added in over six months. Like I said, if I added new shirts alot, advertised it a little with some links, and had shirts like the one above, that appeal to more than just the guys in my clan, I'd probably sell more.

I hate that "already been worn style." It's just the fashion of the week.

Colonel that's a crazy t-shirt. Looks completely profesh.
