Really depends on the country, Croats were rowdy yesterday, Polish are usually rowdy, so flares/streakers are absolutely nothing compared to what it could be..

German police have been raiding brothels and so on. And with Iran playing their is a plethora of jewish groups calling for the arrest of Ahmadinejad if he shows up to any games. Then their is the neo-nazi groups. But supposedly the police are doing a good job so I don't think anything will happen.
