I doubt theyd get anywhere. . .it only applies to student athletes and their scholarships, so you really cant make an argument that they are limiting free speech since atheletics and scholarship receipts arent garauntees and can be administered (with whatever code of conduct policy) anyway the school want.

great point...in all honesty if the school is paying for me to be there I would do it. who cares if I cant have shirtless pics with me bonging Natty Lights. Its like a job, they pay you to attend an event and expect you to present yourself accordingly
