im looking for an old joke someone posted a LONG time ago

it was a joke that had to do with a persons job on how they end up covering the bosses ass by doing all the work, and make them look good and what not. I wish I can remember more.

I would be gracious if someone could re post it or link me or something,

I think arkan or colonel posted it a LONG time ago.

i did search, but I didnt find it, I cant even remember who posted it. as for the date? might as well try and reword the joke myself.
