I dunno, I guess some of those things could happen, but by and large, I think the probability of most of them happening is very low--for a variety of reasons.

Alright, well I'll just start with the obvious problem with this report. Just read through and count all of the uses of the words "may" and "could." Sure, neutron bombs COULD be used as a form of ethnic cleansing as the article suggests--but name a country that has a neutron bomb that is likely to pursue ethnic cleansing...It just wouldn't happen. The world wouldn't tolerate that happening and all nuclear countries know that.


I don't mean to say these suggestions are just flat out wrong, but I do think they are intended as a report of all things that have any chance of happening, most of which are highly unlikely but included because of their potential to happen, no matter how small that potential is.

yea but its the same thing as that 30 years ago they expected up to be cruising in our hover cars and using lasers instead of bullets.
