The lighting and effects look nice, models also look pretty well done. I think theyre overdoing some of the "gleam" on the weapons models though, youd think the tommygun in this pic was just back from the chromers.

Same with the receiver of the m1 in this pic

Why exactly are they using the 1928 tommygun? Last i read even before ww2 started the m1a1 was already replacing it, by the time market garden came around there were more m1a1 and greaseguns than 1928's. 1928 was used more in the pacific, some in europe for the brits as well.

Im asuming theyre just using the older version for the upgrade options though?

I think so geRV, I asked them and they linked me to some info that clearnly shows the 28 being used in the European theater of WWII.

My dad who "was" a military gun collector\dealer back in the 70s also said they used the 28 in Europe.

Hm, any info on a demo yet? Just wondeing if they plan to do sp demo then multi, or a demo with both in it. Really hope they didn't manage to make a complete ballsof the ragdoll like in PA, nothing like killing a guy seeing his body laying there and it randomly shooting off in some direction all of a sudden.

I dunno why companies are so secretive about their multiplayer..well actually i do, usually when companies keep it "hush hush" the multiplayer is either bog standard tdm\dm or complete shit (see pacific assault).

MOH:aa multi was tossed in a the last minute, for ages the game was single player only, then around june 2k1 or so EA got 2015 to add a basic multiplayer component. At the time it was ok, nothing special but this is 5 years later.

Ea really need to send me a beta so i can rip it to shreds, get the release set back 6+ months, but at the end maybe a good game would come out of it. biggrin:

at first geRV I thought it was just EA, but Activision is doing it with CoD4, Splash damage is just starting to talk a very little about it, for ETQW and Crysis is still only talking about some stupid boisuite.

I guess everyone is gun shy, funny thing is they all know to keep it a secret so other's don't steal their idea as they seem to think its a very important part (it is) but then they rush it and hack together.

with all that said, I do know EA is working hard on this title's MP side of things and hopefully we will get a MP DEMO before the game ships at the end of Aug.
