got a red light ticket in the mail saying i crossed the damn intersection while the light had been red for more than 3 seconds. Cost? 70 bucks! Btw, will this raise my insurance rate? Im already getting raped @ 228 a month and being under 25 and all.

got a check in the mail for 25 bucks for refering someone to my bank (which i dont recall doing....EVER). Cashed that and put 20 in the tank and 5 in my pocket.

You can take a defensive driving course that's usually 2 hours long. It's only about 5-10$ cheaper than the ticket but it won't go on insurance.

Ticket should not affect your insurance because there's no proof YOU were the one driving. The ticket is mailed to the registrant of the vehicle, not the insured person.

btw, you should've put the $25 towards the fine.

if you get a red light ticket here i think it's at least $250.

your getting raped on insurance though. you have full coverage? i only have collision and i pay around $100 a month.

nah it's pretty basic if im not mistaken but the dealership picked it out for me before i drove off the lot saying " thats the cheapest we could find for you"! Im gonna switch over next month seeing as how i dished out 1500 for 6 months and only a 20 dollar drop off in my renewal. Fuckin sucks balls but im out
