All I know about this "bug" was that I never encountered it after I upgraded to version 1.1

But since I got 1.1 I also only play on dedicated servers with a ping of under 100 so I am not sure wether the bugs I encountered are due to ping, a bug, or a cheat/hack.

What about the cheat where bodies, medpacks, guns, and jumping people start to fly up. Is this one a cheat or what?

Hi Guys,

I noticed that when I play MOH online it sometimes (well quite often) will randomly fire the gun, sometimes auto zoom on the sniper and often just randomly decide to change weapons. I instantly thought `bugger me i got a trojan` but after running TheCleaner (http://www.moosoft.com) it said that im clean. I also put up ZoneAlarm firewall to check what i got going in and out but it wont let me play MOH online with that on so its pretty much usless.

I was wondering if anyone here has ever heard of this before? And if not... anyone know the link to any GOOD virus scanners?

Thanks peeps!

EnG

PS - Im a newb to this game, only had it 3 days but OMG it owns all, any clans out there looking for ppl?

I'm not sure why Zonealarm wont let you play, but I have the Norton Personal Firewall and that works just fine. I have also noticed after playing MOH online for a couple of hours when I log off and check my firewall log it has blocked several trojans and other various things.

it's being debated whether it is a bug or a hack.

I have the same problem with the weapons changing anyway if your having problems with your firewall ("Zone Alarm") make sure within the program options it has full access to the internet.

Zonealarm will let you play MOHAA... you just have to let it know that it's okay to let it go through and you probably have to give it server access also.
