Default Movement problems - 11-12-2007, 12:50 PM

Not sure if this is the right place but... a while ago a was playing COD2 and everything was fine, gameplay was great. One day however everytime i turned with the mouse, the character stopped moving, so i had to release 'W' and push it again just to move. This happened everytime i moved the mouse. Kind of like the really old Tomb Raider games on PS where you had to stop, turn, move, stop, turn, move etc. I thought it was the game so I tried another FPS, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, and this did the same thing. Every time i moved the mouse, the character stopped. As you can imagine this has made playing FPS's really annoying and almost impossible online. Has anyone ever encountered a similar problem? Or anyone got any idea what might be the problem? Cheers

sorry for late response, your more likely to get noticed if post in offtopic, but does the mouse in general work? or does this only happen during games. I would try and remove/replug teh mouse adn see if it a random error.
