Is there anyway at all to put someone besides your self in charge of a server? Say like I put a dedicated server up and I leave the house. Is there anyway I can put my friend in charge of the server to be able to change maps kick people and so forth??? I kinda need to do this heh so can someone get back to me?

Yes its called rcon. You will have to search for the topic though and give us all the rcon password when you decide on one.
