How are the weapons being modeled? WW2 Online uses the only method where the bullet comes out from the actual 3D gun model. Other games use a method not so technically accurate.
While this doesn't really matter, in an overall gameplay sense, I was wondering just how realisic a game your going for?
Will weapons be modeled in such a way that stays true to their historical accuracy? In other words, if I use a MP40, will I have a short range (200 yards at the most!). If I use a Mauser, will I get an accurate reload time, with a far reaching range? Will the STG44 (if it's in the game) be modeled with it's strong recoil?
Also, how detailed are the weapons models. Do they look realistic, or is the graphics department have other priorities? (DOD, even though it's a free mod for an aging game, has some of the nicest weapon models for ww2 weaponry that I have every seen...IMO)
Will we see satchel charges, grenades, entrenching tools, fists, etc., for use on the battlefield, when things get a little crazy?
Can you give another player ammunition? Will ammunition clips be modeled so that if you reload, you toss the whole clip, and can't re-use it, or you keep it, and can re-use it again, once you fire through all your clips?
Will their be scopes, and different types of scopes, with different magnifications?
Will you make the game user friendly, so that others may add in weaopns, from the community?
Just wondering.
