I'm at my wit's end. I've justed started editing skins (er... a skin), and I can't seem to get it to work. It's basically a test and all I did was change the hue and a few marks on the "German_Worker". I've extracted the .SHADER, .tik, and .tga files back into the .pk3 file. I've also changed the extensions in both the .SHADER and .tik files to match that of the .tga textures. However, the new skin does not show up in the game.
Earlier it was, but that was before I remembered to change the extensions. Does anyone have a clue of what I might be doing wrong? Please help... thanks.

(sorry for another one of these "How du i made skinz??/" threads) ops:

Ok, it seems to be working now... kind of.

I think I followed that tutorial exactly, but I don't think it turned out right. Instead of adding a new skin, it just replaced the old skin that I edited. I know I didn't replace the old texture, because I can still use it if I delete the pk3 file I created. Does anyone have any suggestions?
