[Furry]

Hi there, I have noticed that I get a bloody awful sound feedback when playing in MP the only thing I can compare it to is standing in a larger empty train cargo container and having it shunted into another container it is most more noticable when I kill someone or when I jump from a height. Somestimes I can barely hear it and other times it gets so loud I cant hear anything else!!! I have tried everything I think it could be I have unloaded all mods and maps and still it persists. Other players I know also suffer from this sound CAN ANYONE HELP ME??????
