[[2ss]Panzer]

Anyone have this problem before or know whats is wrong? I havent played MOHAA in a long time but i decided i want to come back, so i go to install and this pops up:

I thought i unistalled it before, but this was the only thing left of it. When i try to remove it, the first picture^^ pops up again. I press unistall but everytime, this same thing is always still there:

I am clueless now, please help me.
