a big WTF today while looking at my bank account and notice a charge of 94 bucks from a place called torrid. Im like WTF! Ive been hacked someone has my shiz and is robbing me. I call up Customer service to the bank and the dude is no flippin help. hes like oh we could put in a wrongful claims charge and mark your debit cards as stolen. we would cancel them and reissue new ones. YEA RIGHT no way to get to our money for a week? Only nugget of info he could give me was that it was in auburn hills(hour and a half from me)

My wife says thats the store I bought my wedding dress from. She calls the customer service number and the lady is like "Oh we know all about it. The credit should already be on its way. We had a glitch in our system and every transaction that took place on 8/20/04 was recharged on accident." ed:

Nice frickin accident, They said however we would be reimbursed for any overage charges that occur is we overdraft on our account. Im strugglin this afternoon trying to figure out where we blew 100 bucks and why we are 60 bucks short paying our insurance and cable bill and its because we got "glitched"
