For shits and giggles I decided to call up the local Gamestop and find out how they were handling Gamestop Pre-Orders - their response:

"We arent. After we took PO's for the XBOX360 and MicroSoft took a shit and underdelivered, we arent taking PO's"
"So first come first server. . ."
"Yup"

Its going to be fucking UGLY on launch day. This is like - dagger in the heart news. Basically folks - mark your calenders for Nov. 17th - I'm going campin.
