i usually eat wendy's crispy chicken sandwich w/bacon, fries and drink. I know its's not good for me but when you're only working with a few dollars, that shit is very convenient. Whenever i can i'll cook an 6-8 oz chicken breast and have a bag of rice to go with it or just eat 2 cans of tuna. I usually try and also drink about 1 protein shake a day combined with 1liter of water atleast.
