Update,made it easier:
OK you should now see a couple new buttons in the message editor.

The one I will talk about right now is the button

What you're looking for is the v code. In the following youtube link

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IkmpIXd9Q90
you will notice the code is after the "=" sign and is IkmpIXd9Q90

All you have to do is place that between the yt brackets. Click the button and paste your v-code in between.

go into user cp > edit options, scroll down to message box and change it to WYSIWYG or whateva
