I dunno wtf is wrong with hollywood but the past ten or so years has been this:
WW2 era revival.
Vietnam era revival.
Remake everything in fucking sight regardless of how good or bad the original was.
There just really seems to be nothing new anymore. How about a sports movie where the underdog team wins by a point in the last second of the game, never been done before..ooh wait theres probably hundreds of those movies.

people need to just start ignoring hollywoods endless shit... there are still alot of great films made these days, but a large majority of them are far from blockbusters

Well I wouldn't be bothered if they went straight to DVD. I just think some films should be left totally alone but I guess when the big movie executives only see $$$, you can't win

I hear theres a transformers remake in the works..might as well be if movies from late 80's early 90's are being remade.

After his prequel attempts he shouldn't bother.
Then again in most of the recent star wars releases (of the old trilogy) he has been dicking around with some things in the dvd releases.

i just saw the DVD release of Episode 6, LAWL at Hayden Christenson at the end with Yoda and Obi Wan.
